Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and GNNs, optimized for production environments.
- Lead the architectural strategy for data pipelines, ensuring high availability and scalability of ML infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research emerging AI methodologies and evaluate their applicability to our core product suite.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding data privacy and bias.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying models via MLOps pipelines and model serving frameworks (TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
