Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Pipelines: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant pipelines for Large Language Models and multimodal systems.
- Research Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives exploring novel attention mechanisms, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search.
- Model Optimization: Apply quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to optimize model performance for edge deployment.
- MLOps Integration: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure rapid, reliable deployment.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
