Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI and machine learning systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration and optimization of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development, ensuring high code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies for inference efficiency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience designing and deploying LLMs for real-world applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
