Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design robust, scalable backend architectures for next-generation AI agents and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Symbolic AI) to integrate into our core stack.
- Optimize Inference Latency: Engineer high-performance solutions for Large Language Model (LLM) inference, ensuring sub-millisecond response times.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols for sensitive AI data and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- AI Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and implement forward-looking technical strategies.
