Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures tailored for the 2026 AI ecosystem.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize model inference and training efficiency on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, diffusion models, or multimodal architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
