Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of next-generation foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete technical milestones and engineering schedules.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure real-time processing capabilities and low-latency inference for edge and cloud deployments.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research papers into production-ready codebases.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
