Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation AI agents and Large Language Model (LLM) deployments.
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost in real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into cutting-edge technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies and quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at global scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and LLM fine-tuning.
