Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture audits to ensure system integrity.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent leadership skills with a history of managing high-performing engineering teams.
