Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Large Language Model (LLM) and multimodal AI systems designed for the 2026 market.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for proprietary datasets.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to establish MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure upgrades and hardware selection (GPUs/TPUs).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI engineering practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLMs or Transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with model quantization, pruning, and efficient inference techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
