Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure capable of handling massive data loads and evolving market demands.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the 2026 vision.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of advanced neural networks and models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing to integrate innovative solutions into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI architecture or machine learning systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement novel solutions for unstructured problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
