Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration strategies aimed at the 2026 product vision.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) into core products.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for next-gen neural network architectures.
- Lead mentorship and code reviews for a team of junior and mid-level engineers.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize model performance for production environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Deep Learning frameworks.
