- Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to stay ahead of industry trends in next-gen AI architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
