Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems, ensuring scalability and adaptability for 2026 technological standards.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant architectures that integrate deep learning models with legacy systems seamlessly.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models, optimizing for inference speed and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning or Edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
