Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale transformer models and multimodal AI systems.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests per day.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Implement rigorous testing and guardrails to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama), Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and design robust, fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
