Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI systems, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance distributed systems capable of handling real-time data streams and complex computations.
- Agentic AI Development: Oversee the development of autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to integrate ethical AI practices and compliance standards into the core architecture.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
