Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement next-generation AI frameworks designed to meet the scalability demands of 2026.
- Lead the design of Autonomous Agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-correction.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and continuous learning.

- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with emerging regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing distributed systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
