Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Define technical strategies for integrating emerging AI technologies into core product lines.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) for novel AI paradigms and evaluate their feasibility.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to deliver user-centric AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
