Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling billions of data points.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Design novel neural network architectures to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing production-level AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
