What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures tailored for the demands of 2026 web applications.
- Lead Model Deployment: Spearhead the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems in production environments.
- MLOps Leadership: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform to ensure continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Pioneering Research: Collaborate with R&D teams to explore novel AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and federated learning.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
