Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap in alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the architecture of our data pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our core products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and cloud infrastructure to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in defining and implementing AI governance and ethical frameworks.
