Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise environments.
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.

- Proven track record of implementing and fine-tuning Generative AI models.
