Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI and machine learning pipelines, focusing on scalability and high-performance computing for the 2026 era.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into broader cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce AI governance protocols to ensure responsible deployment and bias mitigation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in C++ and Rust for performance-critical applications.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
