Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with our 2026 vision.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems using cutting-edge frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into advanced Machine Learning and Neural Network optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
- Optimization: Ensure high performance, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term tech trends.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
