Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI architectures for next-gen applications.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 timeline and beyond.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in real-time environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (MLOps).
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
