Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead the research and development of generative AI models, large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and explainability in AI systems to ensure ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in high-stakes environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies.
