We are building the digital infrastructure for the year 2026. Nexus Innovations is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation Agentic AI systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade machine learning, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and at the forefront of technological innovation.
As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will define the architectural standards for our AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and deep learning models tailored for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and LLM optimization for 2026 standards.
- Define technical vision and roadmaps for AI product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance inference efficiency across distributed cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and security teams to ensure robust data governance and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
