Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures for large-scale, high-traffic applications.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models).
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency for 2026 workloads.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and monitoring of deployed models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, anticipating future technological shifts.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
