Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models ready for production environments.

- Algorithm Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize neural network architectures to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models).
- Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Systems Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale data processing.
