In this pivotal role, you will define the technical vision for our AI product suite, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Optimize model inference and deployment pipelines for low latency and high throughput.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
