Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying trends in Generative AI and Autonomous Agents to drive long-term innovation.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex model inference.
- Model Development & Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary LLMs, ensuring peak performance and reduced latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage to comply with evolving regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record working with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, etc.), RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years into the future (2026 vision) regarding technological shifts in the tech industry.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
