Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines for large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune pre-trained models for specific industry applications.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies to ensure model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and vector databases.
