Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for the 2026 autonomous systems ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to implement cutting-edge AI models.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of neural networks to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into functional features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability principles.
- Experience leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
