Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Architect the long-term roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Lead Complex Projects: Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives and market demands.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration) to inform strategic decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and mitigate risks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete, actionable technical strategies.
