- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and align engineering roadmaps with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
