As a Senior AI Architect, you won't just be maintaining current systems; you will be defining the technical standards for the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary engineer who thrives on ambiguity and wants to push the boundaries of what is possible in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
What You Will Do:
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for real-time AI inference.
- Lead research into emergent behaviors in generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into complex products.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and safety protocols are met.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect high-performance ML pipelines capable of handling billions of parameters and high-throughput requests.
- Model Optimization: Implement quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques to enhance model efficiency.
- Research & Development: Experiment with novel architectures to improve reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucination rates.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline for model updates and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate the evolving landscape of AI regulation.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Modeling: Strong background in Transformer architectures, NLP, and generative AI.
- Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
