- Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling billions of data points in real-time.
- Collaborate with urban planners, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing algorithms and data pipelines to ensure maximum efficiency and low latency.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) into our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and gRPC.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision for smart city applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
