Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging AI trends and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI initiatives, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to drive project success.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and select the best tools, frameworks, and cloud services to support our long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and strategic planning initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
