Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and infrastructure.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the company's 2026 product release cycle.
- Optimize large-scale distributed systems for high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI workloads.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations.
