Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI/ML initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and generative AI systems.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to translate strategic vision into production-ready code.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Next-Gen NLP) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of designing systems for high availability and scalability.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-modal models.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
