Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- System Design: Design and implement large-scale distributed AI systems, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and stakeholders to translate requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve model performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
