What You'll Do:

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire diverse engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design scalable neural network architectures and cloud infrastructure optimized for high throughput and low latency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models to improve accuracy, reduce inference costs, and ensure real-time performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate the latest research papers and open-source innovations into our proprietary stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to define AI product requirements and deliver measurable business value.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases and security vulnerabilities in AI models and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Python, C++, and SQL. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of Transformer architectures, generative models, or federated learning.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying AI models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
