Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and prototype advanced agentic workflows that bridge the gap between human intent and machine execution.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers and researchers to build proprietary AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
- Ensure robust security, ethics, and compliance standards are integrated into all AI development cycles.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
