Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed to meet 2026 computational demands.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI.

- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews for the engineering team.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with distributed computing frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving hard technical problems.
