Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for AI initiatives, specifically targeting 2026 scalability and sustainability goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems, focusing on LLM orchestration and Agentic AI workflows.
- Performance Optimization: Drive technical excellence by optimizing latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in large-scale machine learning models.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neuromorphic computing concepts) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level experience deploying and managing AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale with innovative architectural patterns.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
