Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure through 2026, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models, optimizing for latency and cost efficiency.
- Lead the research and integration of novel AI methodologies, including multimodal learning and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
