Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures focusing on Autonomous Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) for the 2026 era.
- Pioneer Spatial Intelligence: Integrate computer vision and spatial computing technologies to create immersive, 3D AI interfaces.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy and milestones for our AI evolution, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Spearhead research into model compression and quantum computing integration to optimize computational efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, security, and design) to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and devise innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
