Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Oversee the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core enterprise products.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale AI deployments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of AI evolution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
