Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models tailored for 2026 enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to meet real-time latency requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for integration.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, GANs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
