Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Architect the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, anticipating future trends in Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead System Design: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate cutting-edge LLMs and multimodal models into our core products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, enforcing best practices in code quality, security, and AI ethics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization & Scalability: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce operational costs while maintaining high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
