Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-gen AI/ML systems for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of AI infrastructure across cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for potential integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Deep experience designing and deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
